The Promotion is exclusively open to new Players at The Gaming Club Online Poker Room (“Player/s”) who have opened their first Real Money Account but who have not yet received a Sign- Up Bonus under this or any other Sign- Up Bonus Promotion offered by the Poker Room. The Sign- Up Bonus is $50 (fifty US Dollars) (the “Sign- Up Bonus/es”)

The Promotional Period commences at 00:00am Midnight (EST), August 3, 2005.

To receive a Sign-Up Bonus, a Player must meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements (“Minimum Qualification Requirements”) by: Making a first deposit of a minimum of $50 (fifty US Dollars) into his/her Poker Room account; AND playing at least 350 Raked Hands within 30 days of first deposit. Once a Player has met the Minimum Qualification Requirements the Sign-Up Bonus will be paid into his new Real Money Poker Room account within 36 hours.

Players may not be awarded more than one Sign-Up Bonus and this Sign-Up Bonus is not available in conjunction with any other Sign-Up Bonus offered by the Poker Room.

Players who have already received a Sign-Up Bonus from one of the Multiplayer Poker Rooms within the Belle Rock Gaming Group may not take part in this Promotion

Players residing in China may not take part in this Promotion.

If Player’s open multiple accounts they will not be eligible for the Sign-Up Bonus on each account. The Sign-Up-Bonus is only available once per Player and/or per environment where computers are shared and/or per e-mail address.

The Poker Room reserves the right to disqualify any Player from participating in this Promotion. Such disqualification shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into in this regard.

All Poker Room offers are subject to ongoing review. The Poker Room reserves the right to end this Promotion or to change these terms and conditions without notice to you.

Employees of the Poker Room, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
